Green Tahini Sauce

I found the base for this recipe in “The Plantpower Way” Cookbook from Rich Roll and thought about adding the Coconut Milk instead of the water.

I love the combination of the lime and coconut in general and it taste with the Tahini even better.

Usually I add it to my Quinoa Rice bowl but you could also use it as a salat dressing.

  • 6 tbsp, Tahini
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 Tsp, Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tsp, Apple Cider
  • 1Cup (240 ml), Unsweetened Coconut Milk
