- 1 cup, 150g, Sweet potato, cooked
- 1 tsp, Baking powder
- 1/4 cup, 40g, Quinoa, uncooked
- 2 tbsp, Chia Seed
- 0.5 cup, 70g, Buckwheat flour
- 8 g, Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp, Flax Seed
- 1/2 cup, 110ml, filtered water
Mix Flax and Chia seeds in a small bowl and add some water. Set aside until they soaked up the water.
Smash the potato, add the soaked seeds and water and mix all the dry ingredients. If the batter is thick, add some more water.
Warm up some coconut oil and coat your pan with it. Make them like usual pancakes 🙂
